SODA [logo design]

SODA (social & dance) are fun monthly dance events targeted towards communities affected by natural disaster in NSW, Australia. It aims to forge connection, support and wellbeing. These events are funded by Bushfire Community Recovery and Resilience Fund project (BCRRF) and are free to attend. When speaking with the SODA team, they mentioned the idea of being gathered around a campfire as a symbol of community and togetherness. The final symbol that I created was inspired by this idea, where the red centre is the fire and the yellow arcs are the community gathering and dancing around it.
